FINAL BARGAINING REPORT
Your CWA Local 6171 Bargaining Committee is pleased to announce we have reached a two-year Tentative Agreement with Johnson Controls. ?We appreciate everyone supporting the committee during these negotiations. Below are some of the highlights of the TA.
Retained current on call pay
Retained current severance pay
Fought off company proposal of 60 minute drivetime & company proposal of performance based wage increases
Renewal of all side letters
General wage increases of 2.75% each year of the agreement with a $200.00 lump sum payment if ratified by 4/1/2020
Starting pay for schedule A and B is now $15
