Frontier Work at Home Bargaining report #11
The Union spent most the day assessing the company counter proposal package and compared all their proposed language. We met with the company and asked them to explain the intent of their proposals and requested some information to substantiate their proposals.
We crafted our counter proposal package and will present it to the company tomorrow morning.
